  The worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with
  The manager (Kate) lacks fundamental knowledge about the profession.
  
  She consistently lies about even the insignificant things.
  For any property owner who has their lots managed through that agency, please be weary.
  
  I realised quickly that most lot owners were foreigners, so I doubt they know just how quckily the properties are falling to disrepair.
  
  For those who are tenants or prospective tenenats, please ensure that entry and exit reports are filled (download from rta website) and always a breach notice (download at website also) to the agency if they fail to maintain the premises.
